"Jesse is friendly and experienced. He found my problem quickly. (My exterior electrical GFI sockets went dead) Knowing that GFI sockets *can* go bad, I had attempted to remedy the problem by replacing the main GFI socket for the string. But the circuit remained off. Checking the breaker box, Jesse found a tripped breaker that had not been readily apparent. He then traced the circuit and found a faulty outlet that was tripping the breaker. Professional work at a fair price."
